What motivates me…Mission Statement
One morning recently I woke up with a more pronounced realization that I have lived most of my life already. And yet, as Mary Oliver states in her poem, “The Summer Day” …Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life? For me that line translates to what will I do with this precious time I still have left.
I care deeply about people. I am energized by the soulful connection we make co-creating, whether in a private session, planning a wedding or memorial, teaching yoga, or facilitating day and week-end retreats. I am passionate about helping others find their own true path or solution. I believe the Divine exists in each of us and when you are in that place in you and I am in that place in me, solutions, maybe even miracles can be achieved.
I believe in the interconnected web of life, or “collective unconscious”, a term originated by Carl Jung, Swiss psychiatrist and psychoanalyst who founded analytical psychology. As he defined it, the collective unconscious is common to all human beings, a spirituality inherited from the past combined experiences.
