Sometimes we need some extra attention just like our automobiles. Our tires need air or an oil change. Well, our bodies and minds do too!
Even if we are in therapy we sometimes need a boost,
attitude adjustment, or energy shift. The Energetic Tune-Up uses experiential forms, breath, stretches, acupressure points, visualization and relaxation to calm the spirit and soothe the racing mind.
These sessions are 75 minutes using Zoom, Facetime, even an empty garage.
